I’ve been working in LTC for 11 years now in all departments and I have an appreciation for the relationships built between residents and all members of the care team. LTC has taught me how to value each person’s uniqueness and connect with the person I’m caring for. From celebrating and sharing stories/laughing on the good days to holding hands and shedding tears on the sad days…LTC has stolen my heart.
